Brockhampton ended each of their three Saturation albums with gorgeous, guitar-driven songs from Bearface. The track that started that trend was "Waste," an emotional two and a half minute song at the end of Saturation I, which was centered around tortured lyrics like: "Losing my way, ohh, did I come again dressed out like a shame? Cloudy."
This week, one of our favorite new artists Clairo put her own touch on the song—sharing a stripped-down acoustic cover of "Waste." It might just be me, but her version ends up sounding a little more optimistic and comforting than the original. Hear Clairo's version below and make sure to check out Bearface's original here if you've somehow to not hear it yet.
